Allocation process

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the supreme governing body of compenswiss and responsible for the management of the assets. It assesses the risk capacity and defines the strategic asset allocation.

Board Investment Committee

The Board Investment Committee sets the allocation constraints and specifies the detailed strategic asset allocation. It also decides whether the assets are managed internally or by external portfolio managers.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for managing the assets in accordance with the instructions of the Board Investment Committee and the Board of Directors.
